The kings hit the charts again with their new album, “The Name Chapter: Temptation.” This album, with the title track “Sugar Rush Ride,” reached so much success both in South Korea and America. The album is about the coming of adulthood despite different obstacles and temptations. Yeonjun said, “It’s our story yet again, so there are a lot of songs that show our musical color.”

TXT, short for Tomorrow X Together, is a group that was founded by Bighit Entertainment, now known as HYPE. The group has five members: Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and HueningKai. They debuted in March of 2019 with an EP titled “The Dream Chapter: Star.” The lead song on this EP was “Crown.” This song led to debuting at number one on the Billboard World Digital Songs. Crown also received 14.5 million views in 24 hours. In April of the same year, TXT decided on having a debut tour in six American cities– New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Orlando and Atlanta. Tickets for these were sold out in all states in less than 24 hours.

On October 21, 2019, TXT released their first comeback, which was a studio album, “The Dream Chapter: Magic.” The title track from this was “9 and Three Quarters (Run Away).” This album featured a blend of R&B, tropical house, and hip hop, selling over 124,000 copies in the first week. On May 28, 2020, TXT released their second EP named “The Dream Chapter: Eternity.” This album sold over 181,000 copies in the same week, and TXT’s success just grew from here.

I’m sure many of you have heard of or are attending the TXT second world tour. This tour will go across Asia, and the U.S. They are attending occasions across the U.S. like North Carolina, New York, D.C., Georgia, Texas and Los Angeles. This concert is going to be super exciting for many TXT fans, and I hope that TXT will be healthy for this amazing tour!
