Refund & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange period for both in-store and online orders, with receipt or invoice. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like surprise toys, K-pop albums, photo cards and trading cards.  Please get in touch sales@shopkawaiigifts.com if you have questions or concerns so we can answer your specific questions. 

If a K-pop album is missing inclusion, a refund will be issued in the case of an unedited unboxing video that is provided within 7 days of delivery.   

To start a return for your online purchase, please contact us at sales@shopkawaiigifts.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.  Return and Exchange package must be postmarked within 30-day from the time the package was delivered.  We recommend using a shipping service with package tracking or delivery confirmation feature.

Online returns will receive a refund for the merchandise when the item has been received and accepted, and you will receive emails with the return/refund/exchange information.  Please note the shipping and handling portion of online orders are not refundable.  In addition, it can take 1 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
