Taeyong the leader of NCT has just released a Solo album on June 5th with the title track ‘SHALALA’ and many more amazing b-sides on this album you will enjoy. 

Need to know more, let’s dive into Lee Taeyong. Lee Taeyong was born on July 1, 1995. He is the leader of NCT, and is under SM Entertainment. Taeyong debuted in NCT first Sub-unit NCT U in 2016, and then later became the leader of the second sub-unit NCT 127. 

In April of 2016 NCT U first debut single ‘The 7th Sense’ which both he and Mark helped to. Taeyong later debut in NCT 127 with their single ‘Fire Truck’ and in both group he is the main rapper and the main dancer. January 2017, NCT 127 returned with EP Limitless and Taeyong participated in the writing of four songs, with the track ‘Baby Don’t Like It’ 

In June the group then release EP ‘Cherry Bomb’ all of the songs on this album Taeyong himself co-written, the title track being ‘Cherry Bomb’ was then later charted on the billboard naming it the ‘Best K-pop Songs of the Year’

With Shalala and Taeyong Mini album Taeyong explains that he was severely inspired when going to his first fashion show and being able to express himself with and he was very inspired by all those people during this event, and that was his main inspiration for his first mini album.
