We are more than pleased to say welcome to our newest Palm Pals plush, Ax Axolotl, Bobby Egg, Wizard Pig, Summer Cloud and Wiggles Koala! They’ve officially graced our shelves to join the Palm Pals collection offered in-store, online and in our app. A fan favorite during our PopShop Live streams, Palm Pals are full of cute charm sure to win over anyone’s heart.

Our collection of Palm Pals began with getting a few of the food themed plush, like Airy Avocado, Buttery Toast and Juicy Strawberry, and has only grown since. Personally, these are some of my favorite plushies we offer and have some of the sweetest faces I’ve ever seen. The soft to the touch fabric and beanie filling make you want to pick them up and never put them down! Are you starting to see why they’re called Palm Pals?

Palm Pals are available in a variety of styles and collections spanning fun fruits, adorable animals, and festive Halloween plush, like Luna Bat and Jackie Pumpkin, who are both already sold out, and Boo Ghost. There’s even a “whimsical” collection that includes Vivi Rainbow, Pisces Shooting Star and one of our newest additions, Summer Cloud. As a pisces myself, I’m particularly fond of this collection!

Palm Pals are more than just cute little plushies, though! Their size and material make them perfect for all ages to enjoy, whether you want them for cuddles or collecting. That’s right, these precious plushies are also collector’s items! Currently, we carry nearly half of the available Palm Pals listed in the collector’s guide, so whether you’re looking to start your own collection or complete it, we have plenty of adorable options. Additionally, we carry several of the licensed Dr. Seuss Palm Pals, like the Grinch and Max, Horton, the Lorax and the Cat in the Hat.

As someone who grew up in the era of Ty’s Beanie Babies and Webkinz by Ganz, Palm Pals inspire nostalgia with a fresh face, reminding me of the excitement of my childhood search for new plush to add to my collections. They’re more than just a little stuffed bear or boba tea; they’re tiny friends for a new generation of collectors, and perhaps an older one that also remembers the days of Beanie Babies. 

They’re also the first product of an eco-friendly pledge that calls for all of Aurora’s merchandise to be made of 100% sustainable materials by the end of 2020— just one more reason to fall in love with these sweet little plush! The green initiative is resulting in Aurora’s products being made from 100% recycled materials.

In their first year on the shelves, they found their way into many hearts, winning Creative Child Magazine’s 2020 Top Toy of the Year Award. They followed that up with a Parents’ Pick Award in 2021, and we can see why!
