If you haven’t yet heard the news, SM has announced SM 3.0 and many exciting plans for the future artists of SM entertainment!

SM entertainment is known for its many famous artists like EXO, NCT, and Red Velvet. Lee Soo-man, the owner of SM Entertainment, gathered enough people to start an in-house production system and created the string of many successful artists. This included its first boy band named H.O.T, and S.E.S through 1996-1997. The first soloist at SM was the queen herself BoA, who actually still performs today!

For SM 3.0, there is a set number of groups and schedules for the first half of the year. These groups are SHINee, EXO, Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, NCT and many more. There are also plans for an aespa comeback, which will be a mini album. 

The company is also looking to promote more soloists like Girls Generation, Taeyeon, Hyoyeon, EXO’s Baekhyun, Suho, D.O and Chen. There are also plans to have numerous tours both internationally and exclusively in South Korea. A couple of groups and soloists that will go on international tours include Red Velvet, WayV, and Baekhyun. 

This is amazing news to many fans like myself who are overly excited for groups that had not had chances to tour in the US recently or at all. I know that Red Velvet did not have an official world tour yet, and I cannot wait until they announce this tour! Many ReVeluv are getting prepared, so if you are interested in buying tickets, it’s better not to wait! WayV is also announcing both a tour and a full length album that will be coming soon, and again fans are super excited to hear this news for WayV!
